Senior Banking & Finance Lawyer

Our client is one of Asia's leading law firm. Its Singapore practice is seeking a dynamic and commercially oriented lawyer to join its highly successful banking and finance practice. You will 4-8 years post qualification experience in acquisitions, project or general finance and be able to speak and draft fluently in English. The ability to draft in Mandarin would be a bonus.

The successful candidate will join a small dynamic banking & finance team that receives good quality instructions and would be ideal for a banking lawyer who would like to broaden their experience out of one practice area;

Legal ability of a high level, relevant experience within an established firm in the above areas; the candidate should be able to draft with confidence and lead on documents and transactions as appropriate
