Corporate Lawyer: Beijing

Our client is a leading international firm with a major presence in China. They have a particular expertise in corporate finance, M&A, foreign direct investment, banking & finance and dispute resolution with offices in Shanghai and Beijing. The Beijing office has strong relationships with central government authorities and state-owned enterprises; it also monitors the status of China's increasing trade agreements with leading nations, and its membership of the WTO.

Due to rapid growth, they are seeking a junior to midlevel corporate lawyer with hands-on experience in capital markets, securities, mergers & acquisitions.

Ideally you will be Hong Kong qualified but lawyers who have been admitted other equivalent common law jurisdiction with relevant post qualification experience will also be considered

Fluent written and spoken Mandarin and English is required
