Energy & Projects Lawyer

Our client, one of the world's leading law firms, is looking to hire a mid-level lawyer to work in their energy and projects practice in Singapore.

You will be part of a small core team but will work closely with teams in Jakarta, Hong Kong and Tokyo. You will have 2-4 years post qualification experience in the region in an energy practice of a top-tier firm with prior work experience in cross border acquisitions and disposals, projects and financing in the energy sector. Experience with either Oil, Gas, Power, Mining or LNG is preferred. M&A and Commercial Contracts experience is essential and Finance advantageous. You must be admitted in a common law jurisdiction. Fluent written and spoken English is essential.

A legal qualification obtained in Hong Kong, UK or lawyers who have been admitted other equivalent common law jurisdiction with relevant post qualification experience will also be considered. Fluent written and spoken English is required.
