Our client has the largest financial services practice in Asia. Due to rapid growth they are looking for an experienced Hong Kong, US or Commonwealth admitted lawyer to join their corporate group in Hong Kong.

Skills and Qualifications

- 2-5 years PQE with general corporate experience, including IPO, ECM, M&A and private equity.

- Chinese language skills would be an advantage.
