US Securities Lawyer: Hong Kong

Our client, a leading US law firm with a substantial practice across China and North Asia, is seeking a US qualified lawyer with at least 3 years post admission experience to join their US securities practice. You must have substantial experience in global securities, especially equity and debt securities transactions. Good academics and experience at a top-tier international firm are needed. Excellent compensation (including expatriate package) and career progression assured for the right candidate. Chinese language skills preferred but not essential.
