This is an excellent opportunity for you to work with a global law firm. Our client is seeking a Corporate/M&A Lawyer to join their team. An attractive salary package and benefits are on hand to attract a high-caliber candidate.

JOB DETAILS

• Mid-level transactional corporate lawyer (M&A/private equity) with strong academic background
• Qualified in a commonwealth jurisdiction or US, with a minimum of 2 years' relevant post-qualification experience with a leading international firm. Some corporate finance experience would be an benefit
• Native English speaker (Thai language skills are not needed, although would be a distinct advantage)
• Work will be almost entirely cross-border but cover a wide range of sectors (including power, financial institutions etc.) and range from private company acquisitions and JVs, to public company takeovers.
