Are you a general corporate lawyer seeking a move to a friendly, dynamic and world-leading firm? Our client, a world leader in corporate matters, is seeking a junior to mid-level Hong Kong solicitor with solid experience in either private equities, FDI or JV's to join their M&A/Private Equity practice. 

The ideal candidate will have worked at a reputable firm and have strong academics. You must be fluent in Mandarin, and able to draft in Chinese. The position requires regular travel to China and across the region. Hong Kong, US or Commonwealth admission required.

For a mid-level candidate, there is a realistic track to partnership. Compensation is extremely competitive.
